“Process improvement opportunities”

For the money invested, my stay was adequate. However, there are a number of areas that can be improved upon within this Wyndham hotel;1. Unlike my recent excellent stay at a Wyndham hotel (Hawthorne Suites) in Alexandria, VA, it appears that Wyndham has a ways to go to get their entire line of purchased hotel chains up to an above average level. If I am correct, this property was formally a Hampton Inn.2. Continental breakfast very poor3. No downstairs rooms available (for me) for my one-night stay4. Need to migrate to flat screen TV's and TV channels did NOT include ESPN and ESPN2. 5. King bed old and hard6. Getting the best rate was an unduly long process; internet rate was not best rate, when I called the hotel directly, they could not provide me a better rate (manager on vacation) and finally when I called the toll free Baymont number, they were able to get me a better AARP rate. 7. Some stains in the bathtub
