“Needs new housekeepers & management”

- The website for Baymont Inn says fridge & microwave, the way they state it you expect each room to have one bc it is listed as room amenities. They fail to tell you that the hotel has only one microwave in lobby, none in any of the rooms! Our room had a king bed w/ a fold out sofa. Their were no blankets, sheets, or pillows for the couch bed & when I folded it out for my children there was food all inside it!! I called down to the front desk employee who was very nonchalant about the nastiness, just said they would call someone. A while later a man on his cell phone brought blankets & pillows. He never bothered to quit talking on his cell phone & dropped the blankets & pillows on the sidewalk before handing them to me. I was extremely disappointed as I expected a much higher standard from this chain & from the amount I paid thinking I was getting a better quality hotel. I should've just chosen the cheaper one I suppose!
