“Because I immediately noticed hairs on the comforter, the...”

Because I immediately noticed hairs on the comforter, the whole experience went down the tube. Someone came to my room to check this out and, after agreeing with a nod that he indeed did see the hairs, he left and returned with a comforter to replace that on the bed. There was a language communication barrier so I am not sure what he said to us. The lobby area was very nice and the breakfast as sufficient. The young man working the front desk was kind and helpful but terrifically overworked. He was trying to run the breakfast area, the front desk while answering the phones. He was very polite and did his best to keep the coffee pots full but it did not work that way. Some guests were commenting about how long they had waited for coffee...someone said 45 minutes. I am sorry that I must say it, but this was not a good experience for me and I would not want to stay there again.
