“Pensacola wipeout”

Time and again we were let down by this location. The first room we were assigned was not clean (house cleaning had not gotten to that room yet). When we got to our final room some towels were dingy, I went down and they provided two more towels and that was fine but later that night when we went to get in bad the sheets had stains in them!!! Again I found myself going down to get clean (Stain Free Sheets) something that should have been in the room already. The next day housecleaning did clean the room BUT left NO towels (none)! So again I went down to get some towels because they had no one in the office that could bring them to me. I asked to speak with a manager at that point and was told She was not there (confused as to why there was only one manager for the location and no one on shift that Could or Would address my concern). The kicker was that while they had towels they had NO Wash Cloths. Just hand towels. I asked the Front Desk Attendant to note my high displeasure and to have the manager contact me. The day we checked out there was not an attempt to provide any kind of discount. Not at all happy with our stay with Baymont on this trip.
