“Baymont”; Mar 03, 2013 Nancy F, Shalimar; I had to go back to the front desk twice in order to get a room that was not facing the freeway. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were stained - did not look clean.

Nancy,Thank you for your response and we appreciate your comments as we want to make the necessary changes to improve our hotel for you and all future guest. We have pulled a new batch of sheets for all of our rooms and I have shared your comments with our housekeeping department to ensure we are correcting this issue. As a plus we are also going to be replacing ALL of our mattresses at the hotel this year and hope that we can earn your business with these changes.
