“I would not recommend this hotel”

  , Willemstad, Curacao
When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel to inform about the shuttle.They told us it will be there in 10 min.We waited from 1:30 till 3pm no shuttle .Very disappointed. We take a taxi to get to the hotel.Our check-in went fast.Friendly front office staff.When got to our room i noticed that the bathroom was dated.Old bath tube old toilet.But i could work with that.What I couldn't believe was that we found hair on the floor in the tube.in the sink.There was a huge yellow stain on the toilet seat.they could have change the seat it was nasty.Bad first impression. The other days they always seem to forget to put trash bags,ice bags,bath amenity's.When i called front office to ask for coffee cups and ice bag they ask us to come down instead of them bringing it to our room. Housekeeping didn't clean the mirrors.I found hair in the bathroom everyday in the same place.I know its not a 5 star hotel but i don't want to find someone else pubic hair in my room.There was a day that they didn't even clean the sink area. Housekeeping should do better.Other then that.The bed was comfortable.they could bring some variety to breakfast.And there was not enough space for people to sit and eat.Some where eating standing up .Thankfully we always seem to get an table. But i would not come back.
