“4 night stay”

First room was great. it was non smoking, clean, roomy, everything worked. after 2 nights we had to swap bc they were overbooked. second room had gross stains on the carpet, smelled like an ashtray..you could even taste it in the air. when i asked housekeeping for room freshening she handed me a bottle of spray to do it myself. the clock was stuck on 9:23 constantly. didnt notice it when i set the alarm, woke up late. one of the lamps didnt work. tv stations would not change from the remote or manually. shower curtain was too short and water sprayed all over the floor every shower. the room was gross and i couldnt wait to get out of it. oh and there was a bottle of something left in the freezer and what appeared to be spit up from a baby under the sink. the bottle could be a HUGE health hazard, what if a child had stayed in the room and tried to drink it. housekeeping neesd to pay attention and management needs to fix the shower curtain, lamp, clock and tv. my rates went UP to switch from my decent non smoking room to this grimy nasty smoking room where nothing worked. i called finally to the front desk to state all of the issues once they piled up i was a little annoyed. one or two issues...fine, but 5+ not OK. i called and the girl at the front desk just kind of stuttered and said she had to call her manager. no call back from anyone at all ever.
