“No More after 13 years”

We have stayed at this property even before Wyndham purchased this property starting in 2002. We are sad to say this will probably be our last time. We were disappointed and unhappy with all the rooms we stayed in during our 1 week stay. Starting with Rm. 108 which had a faulty shower handle which did not regulate the water temp.. Our 13 year old was almost scalded it was so hot. The handle also did not turn off in a proper manner. You had to play with to get it to shut off. The toilet had a weak flush and after the second day it clogged. The A/C was broke and they said a new one would be put in before we returned for the day.We left at 9:30 a.m. and returned after 6 p.m. . Toilet still clogged, shower handle still broke and A/C not replaced. After complaining to the desk they told us we could switch to Room 110; that shower handle had the same problem and the heat light did not work.Complaining to the desk again, they sent down a young man in 15 min. but he could only switch the handle to one that was less stripped so that we could regulate the temp but had to play with handle to turn off. The desk offered to move us again but the A/C and toilet worked so we stayed. We asked the manager for a discount for our troubles and she said she couldn't do it this time but ask next time we stay there. We are not staying again. We also asked about your reward program and no one could tell us anything about it. They gave us the Wyndham business card and told us to call you. The pool was not clean nor did anyone come the whole week were there to clean. There are mud wasp holes in the grounds around the pool and wasps are flying around the furniture in the pool area. One little girl and her grandmother were stung while I was there. The staff is very friendly and professional but they are understaffed.We are very disappointed! Also the breakfast closed at 9a.m on the weekend which my understanding was they served til 10 on the weekend.
