“Great location, but not great with the rest”

The location and lobby are great. The room however, was not the best and definitely not clean. We had booked a Kids Suite for 5 total guests (2 adults, 3 boys). The 1st night, we only had 3 sets of towels/rags and the 3 beds in the kids area only had sheets. Not blankets. The next day I called the front desk to ask for the appropriate number of towels and also to get blankets for my boys. The front desk clerk called housekeeping and then called me back to say that there were no blankets available. I asked the clerk what our next option was and he told me to turn the heat up in the room as there was nothing he cold do for us. Needless to say, my boys were cold the 1st two nights. Upon our room service on day 3, blankets magically appeared. For the remainder of the trip, we got anywhere from 3 towels to 4 towels, only once did we get the full set of 5 that we would have required. After a long day at the Disney parks, this did cause an inconvenience. As for overall cleanliness, not the best. the bathrooms lacked a level of clean that any home or hotel room should have. Their was a brown smudge on the wall in our bathroom (#2208) directly in front of the toilet that was there the entire 7 days we stayed. My wife thought it must be a stain, since it was never cleaned/wiped off, so she took a wet rag to verify on her own and it wiped right off. This alone made us question all cleaning that was taking place. The location, as mentioned above, was great and all we really needed was a place to sleep in between long days at Disney. We are not your picky customers who require alot. The cleanliness, lack of towels, and no blankets for my children make up the primary bulk of my complaints. This experience alone and being our first with Baymont/Wyndham might stop us from considering this company again when traveling.-Justin Stubblefield348 Donner TrailEdmond, OK 73003405-420-3479
