“Weekend Stay”

We made reservations 6 weeks ahead of time for a room that would sleep four people. Our confirmation said our room would sleep six people. We got there at 8:00 p.m. and the room we were assigned had one king size bed, a chair and an office! There was no room for our two older kids! We went back to the front desk and were basically told: there are two wedding parties here this weekend and there are no two bed rooms available! We also were told that the online confirmation system (which we used) didn't work correctly, so that was a problem. Really? When my husband complained about having a confirmation of the room, we were told "well technically" you only had a confirmation for the room...you haven't paid for it yet! My husband insisted that the clerk call his boss, who eventually gave him the code to the supply rooms in the hotel so he could seek out any available rollaway beds. There were two available, which were put into our room so the whole family could sleep in beds!
