“The front reception staff spent much of their time when we...”

The front reception staff spent much of their time when we were there smoking outside and talking to each other.The manager at the time of our stay was sitting in the lobby chair and not interacting with any potential guests who came to reception. Appeared unfriendly and disinterested. Showed no leadership or management skills in looking after his staff.Staff avoided eye contact in corridors and did not even smile as one passed by which is usually good practice in most places experienced over the world of hotels we have stayed in.
