“Great location for visiting WMU students”

I have stayed at this location several times when visiting my nephew, a student at WMU. Usually, we are happy with all aspects of hotel. This visit, when returning to our room, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had neglected our room, i.e. no clean towels, trash bins still full, beds unmade etc.When I went to front desk to obtain clean towels and trash bags, clerk asked if we had "do not disturb" sign posted. We did not and were in our room until 11am. If housekeeping had knocked, someone was always available to answer.I am highly disappointed by the lack of service and remarks by front desk clerk.
