“my family & I had stayed almost 2weeks with no problems...”

my family & I had stayed almost 2weeks with no problems till one morning i went to go pay & they front desk decided to raise the room rate to over a 100$ which was confusing for me because we hadn't caused any problems nor were we disrespectful to anyone else. when i tried talking to the front desk he got rude and began to tell me its people like "me" who cause room damage and that i was lucky to have ever gotten the rate i had been paying in the first place. when i looked at my bill i also noticed a charge of 2 nights on my credit card which was also confusing because i had paid cash each night we had stayed. then had to print out my statement from my card for them to believe me & was talked down to. then they were only going to refund one night even tho they over charged me for 2nights. Won't be back and will make sure i tell all my family & friends not to use this chain of hotels. Cory the front desk was the only one who treated my family and me with kindness. the score below isnt based on the service cory gave us but every other staff member that worked the front desk.
