- After arriving at 2:00am, driving on icy roads we waited in the lobby for 45 min. Nobody was available. I walked around and found the clerk with a woman finally coming down the ..... When they emerged the scent of marijuana was heavy and present. The woman walked into the office area and stayed. Still smelling marijuana we waited another 25 minutes while the room was arranged. I invite anyone top look at the security video if it is available. I'm completely unhappy with my stay and disgusted that this seems to be the norm at this hotel. We will not stay here again and plan to share this story further...
