“Stayed over Christmas. The hotel gave the housekeepers...”

- Stayed over Christmas. The hotel gave the housekeepers Christmas off, so no housekeeping service that day. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk at check out and was told that the staff had supposedly put a note on the front desk about it. I checked in 12/24 and did not see a note, nor did the clerk say anything about it then or the next morning when I walked past.
