“IN NEED OF MAJOR REFURBISHMENT”

This is a hotel that probably was excellent when first build. The size of rooms, design of pool and general layout is very nice. Saying that there is a major need for refurbishing and better management. Although the people at the front desk were very nice the rooms need a major revamp and cleaning. Our carpet had several large smears of food on it and the curtains were falling done. The pool and hot tub where very cloudy ad I never so anyone cleaning it. The worst are was the breakfast room. We travel a lot and I have never seen a dirtier or less attract area. It is very big and could look nice but everything was dirty brown and looked like food had been smeared in. The second morning we came down early and I had to get one of the people sitting in the kitchen area to come out and empty the waste can as nothing more could fit into it. We were there at 6AM (opening time) and the tables and rug area still had garbage and food on the tables from the day before. No one was in charge or cared The third day we went out for breakfast.
