“VERY UNPREPARED”

We books block rooms in June of 2012 for a cheerleading competition, a 4 month advance notice. When we arrived in October to booked hotel, there was one person working at the front desk, she was polite and doing her best to accommodate a large crowd but could not effectively do so alone. We had NO (not one single wash cloth, hand towel or bath towel) towels in our room, we were never given any, at 10:30p that night, I gave up asking. There were no towels in the pool area and when we went to the desk to ask, she had angry customers waiting for rooms to be cleaned and turned over so they could check in. The next morning it was nice of the hotel to do breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate our group and their time parameters, I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I stay in one again.
