“hot tub was broken”

We have stayed at this hotel before when it was Amerihost (I think that was the name) and it was always fully staffed. There was 1 person on staff there at a given time and that person did not have enough time for customers because they were scambling around doing cleaning, stocking the breakfast area, doing laundry, etc. The worst part of the stay was the broken hot tub and pool. Ther hot tub is a crucial deciding factor for my family and I. We choose your hotel because it has (in the past) had one of the best indoor hot tubs we've ever used. If we knew it was broken, we would have stayed at a different hotel. We were never notified in advance. We were not informed before checking in. We had to find out after we all swim suited up and went to the pool and hot tub. The heater was broken for both the pool and the hot tub. I am furious about this. When you advertise a hot tub at your hotel... it should be working.
