“Race support for Thunderhill”

  , Vancouver
Major complaint for this motel. We have stayed at this motel for a few years now as we have annually supported the races at Thunderhill in early Spring. You have a MAJOR security problem. The "center" door on the north side of the building does not lock. Lights flash, etc, but no room key is needed to simply open the door. I have noticed this on multiple stays. This year we started on the south side, and the door on the south side did require a room key to enter the building. We moved rooms due to a misunderstanding on our part of what we had reserved, and once again were using the north entrance. Same broken lock. Thankfully security in Willows is not a major concern for us, and we continue to find good value for room quality, price, and ammenities (breakfast!!, in room refrig, and microwave). But I have to wonder, if something as simple as checking to see if doors properly lock around the building is acceptable to your company, when do I need to question what other short cuts you are taking on security and/or health issues.JimPS. Your toilet paper qualifies as John Wayne paper. Look it up.
