“Baymont Inn, Redding CA”

I went up to Redding for a wedding for my younger cousin and all the family that was coming from down south. We decided that we should stay in the same hotel, I recommended the Baymont Inn because I always stay at the Baymont Inn when I travel on official business. We all decided to go there and what an embarrassing moment that was after the first night there. At first the staff there seemed very nice and conversational because we spent a good 15 minutes just talking about random things while I was waiting for some family to come downstairs. The next night the staff member at the front desk was a complete bit-ch. She was rude and way out of line, and it ended up in a cussing match between me and her, then she said that I was threatening her. My cousin who was holding his 5 month old baby girl was trying to talk to a manager and all he got was attitude. As he was trying to talk to her, another staff member came in to start her shift. The initial lady said go talk to her referring her as the manager. As my cousin tries to talk to her about having captioning on the TV for his deaf mother-in-law, she completely blew him off. and said she didn't want to deal with it. The customer service I received there was terrible, and I will never go back to another Baymont Inn again. Oh and another thing when we tried to get the phone number to a place above their level they kept passing around each others work numbers and also wouldn't give us their names to report them.The Staff that was there at my check-in and check-out were excellent! others very sub par.
