“Mucky Room/Dishonest Staff”

I reserved a room for two days; a family/business trip. Upon arrival of the room and initial observation, I noticed old/stained vomit on the floor and on the corner of the bed skirt. What appeared to be a patio with two sliding doors was actually a screen-less, full-length window which is a complete hazard (especially with children). The toilet ran constantly after flushing on the first day; then completely breaking down the second day. Since the toilet was no longer flush-able, there were no available maintenance personnel, AND since there were no more rooms available, I requested to be transferred to another Wyndham hotel. I was declined that request. Therefore, I asked for my full two day refund since my family and I were completely inconvenienced and disrupted in the middle of the night; being that it is unsanitary to stay in a room where the toilet does not flush. At first the Front Desk rep Angelica and the Manager Jay denied the full refund, but after my overall complaint, they agreed and offered the full refund. When Angelica gave me my receipt of the credited amount, I immediately questioned why does it only state half of my full refund. She stated that I would still receive the full amount on my bank statement; which, of course, was a lie. Mucky, Hazardous Room / Malfunctioning Toilet / Unprofessional Staff = Horrible Experience
