“Needs Improvement.”

Not what I expected from Baymont. Staff did not care if any one stayed there or not. Low moral.I would blame on management. Shower head is loose in room, room dusty, furniture poor condition. Did not restock with bath supplies. Shower not cleaned daily. Air conditioned unit loud and air temp hard to control/ either to hot or to cold. vending machine not well stocked. Only found one machine working. Carpet stuffed in bottom of vending tray(really?) Ice machine not working on my floor. Hall ways smelled horrible. Needed tooth paste, staff said were out, asked for tissue for room, said they were out. Major improvements needed to management of this hotel. Having stayed at several Baymont hotels, this is not what I expected. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn for the following week. Paid lower rate by a few dollars, and expectations were met. Very dissapointed with Baymont Jonesboro.
