“Not a great experience”

I got there on a monday which was great. The desk clerk was awesome and it was a pretty fast check in. I got one of the few non smoking kings left. When i got to my room I was happy to see i had a mini fridge and microwave. Everything was great until that night when my friend and i decided to get in the pool, It was freezing cold and none of the heaters were working. Everything else was fine till the next day. we went to microwave some pizza and the microwave wasn't plugged in. When i plugged it in it started beeping really loudly and I couldn't push any buttons. When i called the front desk the clerk said she would come up and look at it. When she came up she couldn't figure out what was wrong and unplugged the mini fridge in the process and couldn't get it plugged back in. She said she would get maintenance up to my room right away and left. I had food in my mini fridge that i couldn't eat after a while because it got warm. They offered to put me in another room after several hours when i went down and complained because a maintenance guy hadn't been there yet but the only room they could offer me was a smoking king which i really didn't want with my asthma but i needed a working microwave/mini fridge. As i was packing up my stuff to move rooms i noticed a bug in my bed. Needless to say I probably will not be staying at this hotel again.
