“Poor conditions”

My wife and I have stayed there over the past 5 years. I made this trip alone this time. I could not believe how dirty Baymont has become. I don't think house keeping knows what they are doing. When I arrived and after droping my stuff off in the room I went to the lobby to use the computer. I couldn't understand why it was so slow until I looked the hard drive on the counter. I don't think the air ways have been dusted in a year. Now wonder it was so slow. Every thing there was nothing but dust. When I returned to my room I noticed the inside window sills. Nothing but dust and dirt. The soap dish was broken away from the tub and was laying on the side of the tub/shower. I'm not sure when my wife and do return this year to Savannah that Baymont will be our choice. I reported all of this to the morning front counter employee. We have stayed at other Baymont Inns before. It looks as though that upper management doesn't know what is going on or doesn't care.
