“homeward bound”

Friendly, acccomodating staff greeted us, gave us the extra towels we needed, had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and gave us ideas for our supper. We requested an accessible room when we reserved the room, which we were given. The room was ok. We had a toilet which was not securely attached to the floor! It was disturbing! This is not what one would expect in any room, let alone a handicapped accessible room! We reported it to management, but it wouldn't be looked at until we were long gone the next day. Floors are always a problem in hotels, and this room was not exception. It looked and felt dirty. There was a gap in the blinds and we asked for some assistance for this problem. The manager gave us some binder clips and said this is what he uses all the time. Good idea, it worked. Breakfast was ok. The set up of the breakfast room is awkward, causing folks to bump into each other.
