“Okay hotel, not as good as other Baymonts”

Our stay was okay, but not as good as the Baymont we stayed at in Sulphur, LA the night before. First problem, the heater didn't work. We called the front desk and after a few minutes he was able to fix it. Second problem, the shower head wasn't working, so we had to bathe with the ice bucket. Third problem, the breakfast wasn't the best. The cream cheese and the butter were still frozen. Last problem, the location was convienent to the highway, but I'm not sure it was the best neighborhood, heard police/ambulance sirens a few times during the night.The front desk person (who apparently worked a double shift, same guy checked us in and out) was friendly. I don't want to criticize his service, he performed to expectations. Just everything else wasn't the same quality we received at the Baymont in Sulphur, LA.
