“lacking in service”

This stay started out wrong. I reserved the room through kayak.com and upon arrival, I was told that my room would.be smaller due to online reservation. This never happens at other hotels I've reserved online. The comforter was shorter than the bed. The sheets had burn holes in them. Clean towels are not available until after 2pm. On our third day, housekeeping had not reached our room after noon. Then when we called to make sure housekeeping was coming, the front desk assured us that they would take care of our room. Then we actually talked to the person assigned to our room.and she said she would take care of if. Upon returning to the room after 10pm, we found the room had not been touched by housekeeping. Also, our keys stopped working. I am a fan of Baymont Inns but would not recommend the Mobile location at all! Motel 8 would have been a better choice!
