“nasty”

- We stayed twice, on our recent trip. Room 222 was ok; carpet somewhat dirty. Two nights later on way back, we stayed in room 101. Very nasty: carpet dirty, roaches came out from under the carpet; there were some roaches on the walls and ceiling. Mattress sank in the middle - you could see how it sank before sitting or doing anything with bed. Toilet paper holder was about a foot off the floor and impossible to reach when sitting on toilet. Place so nasty we did not even eat there the next morning. However, both rooms did not smell of smoke - both were non smoking rooms. And room 101 was the only non smoking room left that pm - we had not seen the roaches when we first checked into room.
