“Location and price were my reasons for choosing this hotel...”

Location and price were my reasons for choosing this hotel. This was my first stay here and probably my last. It met our basic needs but just barely. The room was small for four. I reserved two queen beds (Room 104) but they were really doubles although the staff insisted they were queen. A desk chair was missing from our room. The WiFi was down two of the days we were there. One staff reactivated it once, another seemed to have no clue so it stayed off. Food offered was adequate (except a report of spoiled juice from other patrons - I didn't try it) but not anything special -- no fresh fruit, no ketchup or hot sauce for sausage and biscuits. One day a staff had made milk gravy that was nice. The young man working the night shift on Thanksgiving Eve was delightful. He really tried to help with some things that were lacking. Check in was smooth, check out was not. The clerk couldn't seem to grasp that I wanted to use a debit card rather than the charge card I had used for my reservation. I gave up and left it on the charge.
