“We stay at this hotel every year and are always quite...”

We stay at this hotel every year and are always quite satisfied...We first learned of it through reading the Along the I 75 Book by Dave Hunter....This time was a little different, we had never had a concern like this one before.....The sunday morning before we left we encountered a Bed Bug crawling on our bed..We know this is what it was as we looked it up on the Internet at the time and there was a picture. We killed it and took it to the staff at the front desk who were very apologetic, they said Orkin would have to identify it, in the meantime they give us the owner's card and told us to contact him. When we arrived home we sent an E Mail to the owner, It has been well over a week now and we have had no response from him..His name is Bob Adkins...Owner Baymont Inn & Suites..
